Scope of Services. Through this Site, Serious CNY Property Services And Landscape LLC markets and arranges Junk Removal, Hardscape Installation, Lawn Fertilization, Hauling, Drain Tile Installation, Yard Cleanup, Tree Trimming, Flower Bed Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://seriouscnypropertyserviceslandscape.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Serious CNY Property Services And Landscape LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination. Serious CNY Property Services And Landscape LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Serious CNY Property Services And Landscape LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Damages. Serious CNY Property Services And Landscape LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
